Luminary Distilling is Erie County's first micro-distillery! They offer the unique micro distillery experience.  At Luminary Distilling, they take "small batch artisan distilling" literally; their largest finishing still is only 53 gallons. They have locally made spirits including "Gem City Vodka," "Apple-pie Moonshine," "Limoncello," "peach Moonshine," and whiskey.

The Bavarian Nut Company

We roast and sell Cinnamon Glazed Nuts on site at various events. The enticing aroma of the cinnamon roasting on site is a big part of the buying experience. Then we follow that up with sampling of fresh warm roasted nuts coated in cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. We use the authentic Bavarian recipe from 200 years ago and we use authentic roasters imported from Germany; the ones with the copper kettle. One bite of the cinnamon glazed almond, pecan or cashew will seal the deal, but wait! We’ve added a spicy twist. Be sure to try the Buffalo hot nuts or the Sweet and Spicy Almonds! They have the best cinnamon glazed nuts and other nuts.
